Pepper had words, so mum did us an update..

She's cheating tho, and just posting pretty pics for today

Sleepy face - You'd be tired at the end of a two and a half hour walk through the snow

Look at me, look at me! Ok, I'll let little sis in the pic too.. she HAS been playing with me recently (only in the house tho, not on walks.. she's too busy looking for rabbits)

Just chillin'...

We went on Holidays!

Wow! What a weekend! I went on an extra special holiday - just me and Mum and Nan! No other dogs! Friday I went swimming at the pool with Aunty Kate.. I REALLY don't like swimming! Mum just laughed at me as usual and told me to stop being a wuss!

Saturday started well, I went and played agility with Mum and Peps and Dad. I did quite well but I didn't like the collapsed tunnel. In fact, after this weekend, Mum has decided I need extra Tunnel training as I kept spinning back and barking at her like I don't know what she means.

Mum and Nan had a really nice lunch on the way to the holiday place - but Mum didn't save me any lamb and Nan didn't save my any steak! Meanies. Off we went again. Mum and Nan checked in to the hotel then we went for a great walk in some woods for about an hour. I had a great time.. found a jump to practise and some dogs to play with. I was quite sleepy after that so went to bed in the van. Mum and Nan went for tea - which they eventually got after a mix-up in the bookings. They took me out for a quick walk and gave me my tea and went to bed.

The next day Mum came down and we went off to a seminar! I still don't know what one is but Kye and Peps have never been to one so I'm extra special! Mum didn't have much time in the morning for me so I only got to stretch my legs a couple of times and eat breakfast. Lunchtime came and she took me on a great walk for about 40 mins... with bunch of other collies! One was about 8 months old and we had great fun playing chase!

Then Mum made me do some sit-waits and down-waits next to my brother while someone tried to take pics of us. We both kept moving (waits are BORING!) so Mum gave up and put me away while she ate. Then she went back in the room for more 'Seminar'. After a while she came and fetched me too - after putting on my new boots. They're much better than vet-wrap! We went inside and Mum had me do a couple of turns on the box and a run but I forgot my ball.

A new lady asked if I'd play with her so Mum gave her my tuggy and she made me pic up the ball and bring it to her to get the tuggy. But she didn't hide it like Mum does unless I didn't bring the ball! I liked that much better and the new lady was very kind and taught Mum to not hide the toy unless I didn't get the ball too! Mum says she needs to practise cos she found it quite hard to do. I don't know why but I'm happy if it means more tuggy for me!

We went home shortly after that; Mum went and had her tea then I had another quick walk and my tea. The next day Nan re-appeared and after breakfast we went for an even longer walk in the woods again. Then Mum drove home and Nan went back to her house too. Everyone was very excited to see me and Mum again. I really enjoyed it.. I hope Mum has more holidays like that planned!

I've made it into starters

I had my second run at starters this weekend (my first I ran with Tyne and was good.. but I didn't like their box as much so left my ball unless they gave it to me) and mum was really happy with me. I was running first dog and mum had to move me to 35feet to go on the second light cos I is quick!

Mum had spent some time training with me and Dad in the garden and some time at training making sure I go the right way and get my ball.... Yeah, I kinda forgot all of that and went the wrong way again. I mostly got the ball though!

I was dead excited in the afternoon and Mum did her best to calm me down. It didn't work too well - I'd just worked out there's TWO lanes in flyball. I set off, bouncing and looking at the other dog on the other side but they ignored me! Well, I wasn't gonna be out-run like that! So I ran as fast as I could there and as fast as I could back... Only I forgot my ball again.

Mum had to make me run from closer up so I could see Aunty Paula and the ball. We did OK after that and the rest of my team ran really well too so we managed first place!
